In-home physical therapy evaluations

Formal physical therapy evaluation to assess your child’s areas of strength and need as compared to same-age peers. Includes parent interview, test administration, feedback/discussion of results, and written evaluation report. Services are available for families located within Monmouth County, New Jersey and Ocean County, New Jersey.

In-home physical therapy sessions

Specialized pediatric physical therapy sessions designed to address a wide range of developmental challenges and conditions in children. Our highly trained and compassionate therapist works closely with children and their families to create individualized treatment plans that promote optimal physical function and independence. Sessions are 60-minutes and typically include 45-minutes of direct therapy time and 15-minutes of parent training.

Ascend Pediatric Therapies is out of network with insurance companies at this time.
We are able to provide a Super Bill, which is a a document that you can submit to your insurance company to attempt to be reimbursed through Out of Network coverage. Therapy services are also generally eligible for use of FSA/HSA funds.
